Krecek
"Lestari" merupakan salah satu industri rumah tangga di padukuhan
Payak yang berfokus pada produksi krecek singkong. Industri rumahan ini telah
berdiri sejak tahun 80an. Kini usaha ini dijalankan oleh generasi
kedua pendiri usaha krecek “Lestari”, yaitu ibu Sarti. Dalam sehari, ibu sarti
dapat memproduksi sekitar 10 kilo krecek ketela kering dan siap dipasarkan. Tak
hanya di sekitar Payak, produk krecek ini juga telah terdistribusi ke kota-kota
sekitar Yogyakarta. Setiap bungkusnya, krecek ketela “Lestari” dibanderol
dengan harga Rp. 17.500,00.
Krecek “Lestari”
is one of home industries in Payak that focused on producing krecek singkong, a kind of traditional cassava chip. This industry
has been producing its products for more than 30 years. Now, this industry is
run by Mrs. Sarti as the second generation. In a day, Mrs. Sarti is able to
provide about ten kilos of dried krecek.
Not only can be found in Payak, this product also can be found in some cities
around Yogyakarta. You just have to pay Rp. 17.500,00 for each pack.
